Services
In response to numerous requests, MLC is now offering an annual service/maintenance contract for our clients' heating and cooling systems. Most of these systems have been installed by us and we have a thorough knowledge of the equipment. Our mechanical contractor, Steve Reed, will be performing the service and MLC will guarantee appointment times and workmanship.
We will also be able to identify any repairs that would be needed and then perform them in a timely manner in order to avoid loss of air conditioning or heat that would result in discomfort and costly emergency repairs. Regular maintenance also helps to keep your systems working efficiently, keeps utility costs down and protects and prolongs the life of your equipment.
The service plan costs are-
$240.00 per service ($480.00 per year) for one (1) unit.
$140.00 per service ($280.00 per year) for each additional unit.
$140.00 per service ($280.00 per year) for replacement of a filter and cleaning for a whole house water filtration system (if performed at the same time of HVAC service).
All work will be warrantied by MLC, covered by MLC's insurance and performed to your satisfaction in a timely manner.

- Replace Boiler Igniters (every two years, must have two years of continuous service contract)
