MLC worked with architect Tim Kerner to completely remodel the first floor of this 3-story rowhome near Rittenhouse Square. We added a powder room and created a new, more expansive kitchen consisting of custom cabinetry by Pappajohn Woodworking and stone tops. The rear wall was opened up to accommodate a new, large sliding door unit that leads to a private patio with new stone tiles and a custom wood gate. New custom cabinets and millwork were installed in the entrance foyer and living room and an existing masonry fireplace was converted to a gas linear fireplace. All new wood flooring was installed to complete this custom renovation.
